 Welcome to Level Funded University (LFU). By accessing any part of this program, platform, materials, or tools, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms are designed to ensure clarity, compliance, and a high-quality educational experience.
1. Educational Purpose Only
Level Funded University provides education only. LFU does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Actuarial advice
- Underwriting direction
- Carrier guidance
- CE credits
- State licensing
- Carrier appointments
All case studies, calculators, examples, and strategies are illustrative only and do not guarantee any particular result.
ATA is not liable for any decisions made using LFU content.
2. Licensing & Compliance Requirements
You must hold the appropriate state insurance license(s) to:
- Sell or quote level-funded or self-funded plans
- Recommend plan designs
- Advise employers on benefits
- Provide compliance guidance
LFU does not replace CE requirements, licensing education, or carrier certification.
You are solely responsible for complying with all state and federal regulations.
3. Access Duration
Enrollment includes two (2) years of access to:
- All LFU modules
- Updated or newly added modules
- Weekly group Q&A calls (recorded and posted)
- Worksheets, templates, calculators, and leave-behinds (subject to Section 7)
4. Group Q&A Calls
LFU offers weekly group Q&A calls, which:
- Are recorded
- Are not 1-on-1 consulting
- May cover general case examples
- Do not guarantee underwriting approval, savings, or plan outcomes
By participating, you consent to recording and internal distribution to LFU members.
5. Calculators & Tools Disclaimer
LFU calculators—including:
- Great Life Calculator
- Forfeited Funds Calculator
- True Cost Calculator
…are for educational and illustrative use only.
ATA does not guarantee:
- Income projections
- Surplus results
- Claims performance
- Cost savings
- Underwriting approval
- Renewal outcomes
Brokers may show outputs to clients, but ATA is not responsible for advice or conclusions drawn using these tools.
Calculators may be updated or modified at any time.
6. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All LFU materials are the property of American Trust Administrators.
You may not:
- Share login access
- Redistribute course materials
- Resell calculators or documents
- Publish LFU content elsewhere
- Use ATA or LFU branding without written permission
Violations may result in removal from LFU without refund.
7. Leave-Behinds & Document Access
Client-facing leave-behinds become available to be used after:
- Completing 80% of core modules
- Completing associated quizzes with a passing score
These materials are for client education only and may not be rebranded or publicly distributed.
8. 60-Day Proof-of-Work Completion Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 60 days if you:
- Complete at least 80% of core LFU modules
- Complete all required worksheets
- Use the calculators
- Complete quizzes
To request a refund:
Email [email protected] within 60 days of enrollment with documentation of the above.
Requests are manually reviewed; partial refunds are not offered.
9. Tracking & Progress Verification
By using LFU, you consent to ATA tracking:
- Module completion
- Quiz scores
- Calculator usage
- Attendance on group calls (if applicable)
- Viewing of the compliance orientation video
These records may be used to verify refund eligibility and ensure program integrity.
10. LFU Certification
Graduates may receive an LFU Certification upon completion.
This certification:
- Is not issued by any state or federal agency
- Does not authorize insurance sales without licensing
- Is a private ATA educational designation
ATA trademarks and branding may not be used without written permission.
11. Code of Conduct
You agree to maintain professionalism, including:
- Respectful communication
- No harassment or abusive behavior
- No sharing private client or broker information
- No disruptive behavior in calls or comments
ATA may revoke access without refund for conduct violations.
12. Limitation of Liability
ATA’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for LFU enrollment.
ATA is not responsible for:
- Lost income, lost commissions, or lost clients
- Business decisions made using LFU tools
- Claims outcomes or underwriting results
- Technical issues, delays, or platform interruptions
All examples and outputs are for illustration only.
13. Mandatory Arbitration
All disputes arising from LFU participation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Kansas.
Participants waive the right to:
- Jury trial
- Class-action litigation
- Collective dispute resolution
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
15. Modifications to LFU
ATA may update or modify:
- Modules
- Calculators
- Leave-behinds
- Q&A call availability
- Certification requirements
Such modifications do not entitle members to refunds or extended access.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing LFU, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept responsibility for licensing, compliance, and all decisions made using LFU content.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use Level Funded University.
